Ten and a half years ago I adopted my boo from the Denang region of Vietnam near the famous quaint little town of Hoi An. She was nine months old. I promised her a trip to Vietnam when she was ten and we did it last year!
And we spent New Year’s Eve in Cambodia, which was a blast. Warning: Do not go to the temples in Siem Reap on New Year’s Eve. Ya know those pristine photos you see of Angkor Wat, etc? Add 10,000 tourists and reality. Pro-tip-Anything the guides say to do, do the opposite. They won’t want to listen but you’ll be happy in the end.
